DESCRIPTION:NWA EMCOMM TACTICAL HAM IN THE PARK \nOn Saturday November 28th we will be setting up a tactical net control area at HORSESHOE BEND WEST.\nSee the Google maps.  16165 AR-94\, Rogers\, AR 72758.  We will start location setup at 1:30 pm and are scheduled to be on the air at 2:30 pm.  The exercise will run until complete\, but no later than 5 pm \nWe will be setting up a net control command connection with Benton County emergency operations.  We will use BCRO repeaters for main frequencies. There will be the remote NCS and a recorder.  We will be sending mobile units to remote locations to transmit on repeater and simplex by vehicle and handy talkie.  All persons wanting to be a mobile unit call NCS on the primary frequency at 2:30 pm for your mobile assignment.  We would like hams interested in participating that do not have mobile equipment to come to our tactical location.  All who cannot participate in person at the tactical location can join the command net from their home locations.  We will be closing the event when completed but no later than 5 pm. \nAfter action reports and comments will be accepted on the web site form. \nWe will be doing a tactical setup on a monthly basis and using our email list and our web site to let those wanting to participate know the location\, time and instructions.  The purpose of these events is to prepare for emergency activation. \nREPEATERS \n 145.290 – 110.9  (Primary frequency) \n  443.025 + 110.9  (Primary frequency) \n SIMPLEX \n147.420  \n446.0
